Albert Uster Imports Sweet Complements Catalog Albert Uster Imports’ products are a phenomenal display of culinary superiority, but their marketing materials poorly represented the beauty of their pieces and did not effectively market the products to their target audience – professional chefs in the kitchens of high-end venues, such as the Ritz Carlton and Royal Caribbean. To update AUI’s look, we art directed the photo shoots, creating more unique shots using unusual backgrounds, dramatic lighting, and different angles to highlight the details of each product. The interior spread of the catalog revolves around these beauty shots, visually representing the quality of the products and increasing their appeal to the chefs.
