Elderkit Binder and Mailers
This binder is an eldercare toolkit for employees which contains a planning guide, forms for elder’s personal information (medical, financial/banking, personal property, and legal), daily schedule and medication logs, important documents (will, insurance cards, and recent photography), and a glossary of terms. All this information is organized by color-coding and separated by tabbed dividers. The mailers were sent to business professionals and organizations to invite them to a Fannie Mae hosted conference on the impact of employee eldercare needs in the workplace. The ease-of-use of this kit inspired other organizations to create one of their own. |
