What Are the Benefits Conducting an Online Survey?
Surveys allow you to get a clearer understanding of what your clients want or need. The responses to your questions can help you improve your business. Are clients satisfied with your services? Are there additional services clients would like you to offer? How do clients think your business stacks up against the competition?

Conducting a survey can be particularly helpful when evaluating the effectiveness of your website. A survey will allow you to learn more about the users of the site and what information they are looking for, allowing you to determine if the website meets their needs. It can also help identify areas that need improvement.

e-Newsletter programs such as iContact and Constant Contact come with survey capabilities. Constant Contact also provides survey templates that will help you write the questions. Check out the options of your preferred program. Or, you can have your web designer create a survey on your website, but he/she may not be able to provide the comprehensive survey tracking information that iContact or Constant Contact can.
